The group is being assembled now - founders can pitch a round today, and investors can apply to join and invest directly, on their own terms.

How it works

Source
Deals arrive through the Poros network - founders, funds, and operators we have worked with - not cold inbound. Members see the same pipeline.

Diligence
We look at product, unit economics, and the team's history of shipping. Anything we would not be comfortable owning ourselves, we do not take forward.

Invest
We put a small number of rounds in front of the group a year. Each member invests directly, in their own name, at their own size - nothing is committed together.

Support
After the cheque, the work continues: hiring, fundraising narrative, customer intros, and the operator advice most early-stage founders are missing.
